After the success of its first two editions, the HP initiative “Portraits of Success” came to Valencia with a meeting specially designed to discuss the keys on how to get the best version of work teams in organizations.

“Portraits of success” took place on February 19 in Valencia, this time from the hand of the doctor in communication, contributor to the online Huffington Post and author of the book Forget your body language, Javier Cebreiros. The objective of this program is, through unique meetings, to reflect differently on the attendees about the business world to inspire them in their day to day.

This third edition, which was started by Miquel Olivé, CEO of HP Indigo & PWP Iberia, was focused on showing the most effective way to lead teams through communication. In this sense, attendees knew what are the communication resources needed to enhance the ability to lead productive teams, in addition to learning to get the best version of their teams, developing their own leadership and social capacity to promote a successful work environment.

Javier Cebreiros explained the details that affect the communication between people, where the function of sharing ideas must also be combined with sharing responsibility. Above all, it is important to promote or maintain the initiative so that people communicate with each other, but all in an appropriate way and that tend to excellence; once these pitfalls have been overcome, every component of the organizations’ human teams should be encouraged to communicate and truly believe in the power of communication.
