The inks compensate the conventional ones, they are composed of resins of rosin, mineral oils, vegetable oils, organic pigments and additives, which do not contain heavy metals or hexavalent chromium. If some of its components, both in the production and in the subsequent use of the printer, are not managed or recycled in an adequate and controlled manner, they can be harmful to the environment.

When it is an ecological ink

There is talk of ecological ink when it is made with vegetable oils. However, there is nothing that can be considered ecologically when it is a product manufactured only and exclusively with vegetable oils is free of certain substances considered harmful to health and / or the environment.

The use of the so-called ecological inks, in addition to keeping intact their properties or characteristics, can suppose for the printer a substantial improvement in the performance of the ink. Any printing can be used in this type of inks.

Making a rational and responsible use of these inks and following their recommendations for use we can avoid to a large extent that they can be harmful to the environment.
