Recyclia launches the first Collective System in Spain for the collection of toner and printer cartridges.
This is TRAGATÓNER Y TRAGATINTA, a system that is deploying more than 40,000 collection points in large areas and commercial establishments, large companies, public buildings and clean points to recycle waste toner and printer cartridges throughout Spain.

Recyclia plans to collect more than a thousand tons of printing consumables (about 6.6 million units), that is, 65 percent of the kilos put on the market by manufacturers.

The implementation of these recycling systems coincides with the regulatory change in Spain, which will take effect on August 15, by which consumables printing with electrical parts (most of which is marketed) will be considered as “electronic waste”.

TRAGATÓNER and TRAGATINTA take advantage of the resources and synergies of the 15 years of experience of Recyclia and its Foundations in waste management of office and printing equipment, and allows to offer these two effective, tested and fully operational solutions, with cost savings what that entails.
